Eggless Chocolate cake

Chocolates.. every single time we hear of chocolates,we drool. Why blame kids when we adults too can't resist the sinful aroma of chocolates. This is my first ever food blog post. Why not to start with some chocolaty fun.. :)

Eggless Chocolate Cake

 All you will be needing is some basic kitchen ingredients and lots and lots of love!

Dry Ingredients:

Maida/All purpose flour- 1 and a half cup.
Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp.
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp.
Salt- 1/2 tsp.
powdered Sugar- 1 and a half cup.
and some chocolate chips if u want that crunch!

Wet Ingredients:

Any vegetable oil- 1/2 cup.
vinegar/lemon juice- 1 tbsp.
water-1 and 1/4 cup.

Stepwise recipe:

Before starting the procedure, preheat your oven to 180`C. Grease your baking tin with some oil or butter and dust it with some maida so as not to let your cake stick to the tin.

Sieve twice all the ingredients mentioned under dry ingredients column and mix well.

Now take all the wet ingredients and mix well in a separate bowl.

Add this liquid mix to the dry mixture slowly so as no lumps are formed.This batter is a bit runny unlike other cake batters.

Transfer this batter to the baking tin and bake at 180`C for 35-40 minutes.

Check with a toothpick or knife after baking. if it comes out neat, your cake is ready!
Now let it cool down on a wire rack after 10 minutes till it is completely cooled.
Cut into your desired pieces and savor the heavenly homemade indulgence. You may garnish it with some powdered sugar. Enjoy!
